- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our services, and our support team cannot resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Service Unavailability: If our services are unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to our systems, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Extraordinary Circumstances: In cases of extraordinary personal circumstances (serious illness, natural disaster, etc.), we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy on a case-by-case basis.
